Rowing Camps are events created with Cross Training Coaches and competitive athletes in mind . In two days, our camp will teach you everything you need to plan rowing sessions in your workouts, along with adequate technique to tackle any WOD in any competitive situation.
We have partnered with Canottieri Gavirate Rowing Club , the iconic and most successful Italian rowing company ever, located on the shores of Lake Varese. This venue, also known as rowers' paradise is fully equipped to teach any aspect of rowing, whether indoors or on the water. The latter is also part of the rowing camps.
The water tests are in fact very useful to better understand and correct the rowing technique, as well as a unique opportunity for team building.
The club's Olympic Field hosts numerous national rowing teams each year for their training in preparation for world-class events such as the World Championships and Olympics as well as various international events.
